Tuesday, November 7, 2017, a Warrant was issued for Joanne Smith (36) concerning an incident that occurred on November 4 at the Premier Lounge on 22nd Street South in Columbus. Intimidating a Witness is a felony and if convicted can carry a maximum sentence of $5000 &/or 15 years in prison.
