TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – The shooting death of a woman at a Tupelo apartment complex is being investigated as a homicide.
Lee County Coroner Carolyn Green tells WCBI that 36 year-old Priscilla Carter’s death is criminal.
Her body was found earlier this week inside a Westwood apartment.
Family members say Carter had been living at the apartment for a short time.
She leaves behind a 14 year old daughter.
So far no arrests have been made.
