OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – The Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Office wants to know who put two puppies in a garbage bag and threw them out on the side of the road.
Deputies say two pups were found tossed off of Horseshoe Circle about 10:30 AM on Tuesday.
A picture was posted on the sheriff’s department’s Facebook page.
The National Weather Service reports an air temperature in the upper 80’s around that same time.
Deputies are asking anyone who has any information about the dogs to call the sheriff’s department.
