COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Columbus Police are investigating a case of suspected larceny from the Auto Zone on Highway 45.
A man reportedly entered the store, and asked to use the phone to call someone for a ride.
After the man left, employees realized there was money missing from a cash register.
The employees made contact with the person who picked the man up.
The suspect was located at the Motel 6. Police questioned him. It’s unclear if he was arrested.
