COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI-TV) Columbus Police are asking if you have seen a man they believe is involved in the Sunday morning shooting in downtown Columbus.
Morris Dyonte Lanier
Morris Dyonte Lanier of Columbus is wanted for three counts of aggravated assault in connection with the shooting.
The charges result from the shooting into an occupied vehicle on 5th Street South between the Princess Theatre and Fred’s.
Lanier’s last known address is on Maple Street in East Columbus.
A second suspect, Terrance Lamar Williams is behind bars, charged in the shooting. Williams was arrested on Tuesday. Williams’ mother, Velma, was charged Thursday with intimidating a witness in the same case.
