NOXUBEE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A sexual battery charge against a former Noxubee County bus driver and assistant band director are dropped.
Freddie Poindexter was indicted last year.
Multiple sources told WCBI the investigation was into allegations of inappropriate contact with a student.
District Attorney Scott Colom says the charge was dropped because the alleged victim was no longer willing to cooperate in the trial.
