COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) -Columbus Police are on the hunt for an armed robbery suspect.
Just after 8:00 P.M. Thursday a man walked into the East End Chevron at the corner of Alabama Street and Highway 69, showed a weapon, and demanded money.
He ran from the store with the cash. He was last seen headed East on Alabama Street.
The suspect is described as a black male, wearing a dark colored, possibly black jacket.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-530-7151 or the Columbus Reward Line at 1-877-273-4552. Information on this robbery could lead to a $5,000 reward.
