NEW ALBANY, Miss. (WCBI) – A New Albany convience store clerk says a half-naked man attacked her as she was closing the store.

36-year-old Troy Michael Jones is charged with trespass, simple assault, sexual battery, and indecent exposure.
New Albany Police Chief Chris Robertson says an employee at a B-Quick store told investigators a half-naked man tried to pull her in the bathroom.
He reportedly didn’t have any clothes on from the waist down.
The victim was able to escape and called police.
Robertson says Jones was later identified and arrested for the February 21st incident.
Jones remains in jail.
