STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) –Local and Federal law enforcement officers catch up with a Starkville shooting suspect.
On Monday Starkville Police and U.S. Marshals arrested Dequayle Tate on charges of Aggravated Assault and Armed Robbery.
The charges stem from a shooting incident at the Starkville Plaza Apartments November 12, 2016.
The victim was wounded in the shoulder.
Tate is the second person charged in that shooting. His bond is set at $50,000.00.
The case is still under investigation.
