LEE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Lee County grand jury will decide if charges will be filed in a deadly Monday shooting.
Terence Deon Shumpert died after he was shot during an argument at the A-1 Tire store in Skyline.
Sheriff Jim Johnson says Clyde Wallace suffered injuries after he and Shumpert opened fire on each other. Wallace underwent surgery at the hospital.
A third person on the scene was taken into custody as a person of interest but no charges have been filed.
