TUPELO, MS (WCBI) – A federal lawsuit against the city of Tupelo is now official. Carlos Moore submitted the suit on behalf of Ronnie Shumpert’s family just after 2:30 today in Aberdeen Federal Court. Booth Moore and the City are supposed to make comments on the suit after 4:00 today. We will carry those comments live on our WCBI Facebook page as they start. Below is a copy of the suit filed today
