LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Lowndes County man was accused of spitting on two deputies.
Antonio Conner was indicted on two counts of simple assault on a law enforcement officer.
Prosecutors alleged Conner spit on two deputies and also kicked one of the law enforcement officers.
The reported incident happened on July 20.
No trial has been set for Conner.
