TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – A Tupelo man arrested in May now faces two federal indictments.
Shane Ingellis, 32, of Tupelo has been accused of possessing and distributing images of children having sex.
The two-count indictment of sexual exploitation of a child said the incidents took place between January 1 and 21 of this year.
Ingellis made his initial court appearance on the charges Monday in Oxford.
