CLAY COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – One of four men arrested in a Clay County armed robbery and kidnapping pleaded guilty.
Hakeem Upchurch pleaded guilty to armed robbery Tuesday.
The men arrested were accused of assaulting a homeowner and forcing his wife and four children into a bedroom.
Investigators said the incident happened in the Cedar Bluff area back in November of 2017.
Upchurch will be sentenced at a later date that has not been set.
