STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Prosecutors said a Starkville woman did not actually take anything from a store. Instead, they believe she told a child to shoplift.
Now, Kierra Ware is charged with Directing or Causing a Youth to Commit a Felony.
An Oktibbeha County grand jury indicted Ware.
Investigators believe Ware told the child, who is under the age of 17, to take items from Walmart in August 2018.
Ware is out of jail on a $5,000 bond.
