LEE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Tupelo man, who is a former employee with the city’s inmate work program, is charged with having sex with an inmate.
Lee County deputies arrested 43 year-old Brian Price on Tuesday, following a lengthy investigation.
An inmate alleges that while she was assigned to work detail, Price offered favors in exchange for sex.
The city of Tupelo worked with Lee County investigators on the case.
Bond is set at $10,0000.
