STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A Starkville man is facing a new charge for an alleged sexual crime.
Johnny Harris was indicted by an Oktibbeha County grand jury on a Statutory Rape charge.
He was originally charged with Sexual Battery for the alleged incident from December 2017.
District Attorney Scott Colom said some language had to be changed in the prosecution of the case.
Harris’ bond was set at $50,000.
