PRENTISS COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Booneville man who didn’t want to face the police is now facing the music.
Prentiss County deputies attempted to pull over James Ray Lambert, but he refused to stop.
When he did eventually did pull over, he ran into nearby woods.
A deputy caught up with Lambert, who reportedly had over a $1,000 of counterfeit money on him.
He was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana in a MotorVvehicle, as well as several traffic violations.
Lambert’s bond is set at $2,500.
