LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Lowndes County man will serve 15 years in prison for a shooting in New Hope.
William Carr pleased guilty to Aggravated Assault.
He was originally indicted on an Attempted Murder charge.
The shooting happened back in February on Center Street in New Hope.
Investigators told WCBI at the time of the shooting that it was not random and could possibly involve drugs.
