
CALHOUN COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – An accused drunk Calhoun County driver is indicted after a crash injured a woman.
A grand jury indicted Charles Kyle on the charge of Aggravated DUI.

Court documents say the crash happened last September on Highway 8.
Latasha Phillips was injured in the accident.
If convicted, Kyle could be sentenced from 5 to 25 years.
