OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – A traffic stop in Oxford leads to the discovery of a runaway minor being exploited for sexual acts.
Edward Daniels, 38, is charged with Sex Trafficking.
Yesterday, March 1, Daniels was pulled over and suspected of driving under the influence.
While on scene, officers discovered one of his passengers was reported as a runaway juvenile from another county.
It was then determined by police that Daniels had been trafficking the minor for commercial sex acts.
His bond was revoked due to the fact that he’s currently on parole.
