STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – John B. Arnold Jr. now faces another Attempted Kidnapping charge and a bond of $10 million.
The new charge comes after an incident last Friday, February 23, where Arnold reportedly removed his monitor and evaded police.

Arnold was eventually captured near Sudduth Elementary.
Following the second incident, bond was revoked from his first set of charges.
