LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Lowndes County grand jury indicts a man on a child sex crime.
Robert Thomas Perkins is charged with Sexual Battery.
Investigators say the alleged victim is under the age of 16.
Perkins and the girl met around the time of the reported incident last November.
His bond was set at $10,000.
