STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A Starkville man is indicted on three sex crimes involving a child.
Jaquan Owens is charged with one count of Statutory Rape and two counts of Exploitation of a Child.
Owens was arrested by Starkville police this past November.
SPD charged him with other offenses that changed once the case went to the grand jury.
