
MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Monroe County investigators make two unrelated drug arrests.
Sheriff Cecil Cantrell says, Michael Wayne Kennedy, of Aberdeen was picked up Sunday, February 4, during a traffic stop.

The 47-year-old, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, after deputies say they found him with drugs.
In an unrelated traffic stop, 44-year-old Johnny Lynn Wilson was also arrested.

The Gattman resident also faces one count of Drug Possession.
Both men are in the Monroe County Dentention center, waiting for arraignment.
