WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI) – Three shots and over $2,000 later, West Point P.D. searches for an Armed Robbery suspect.
Yesterday, police responded to an armed robbery at the Internet Cafe on Highway 50 west.
According to eye witnesses, the suspect entered the building, fire three shots into the ceiling and demanded money.
After the clerk fled the building, the suspect then stole over $2,000 cash.
He is described as a black male wearing a black Adidas hoodie with stripes on both sleeves, and a face mask.
After leaving the cafe, the suspect ran north on Old White Road and entered a vehicle.
