LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A Lowndes County man is accused of leading deputies on a high-speed chase across the state line.
30 Cody Swink is charged with felony fleeing, along with several misdemeanor driving charges.
Deputies say the vehicle Swink was driving was clocked at 90 miles per hour on Highway 69.
A pursuit ensued and eventually ended between McShan and Ethelsville, in Pickens County, Alabama.
Swink has been returned to Lowndes County.
The investigation is continuing.
