OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI) – The discovery of injuries on a small child, leads to an arrest in Oxford.
Yesterday, November 28, 31 year-old Byran Brown was arrested and charged with Felony Child Abuse.
Investigators were made aware of the child’s condition the day before the arrest.
Brown’s bond is set at $100,000.
